Everything is made up of electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light and color. We are drawn to the colors needed to create balance in our lives, the goal in all healing. Colors attract ... certain clothing and accessories, colors in our homes, and even the foods we eat.

This perception of color derives from the stimulation of cone cells in the human eye by electromagnetic radiation in the visible spectrum. Color categories and physical specifications of color are associated with objects through the wavelength of the light that is reflected from them. This reflection is governed by the object's physical properties such as light absorption, emission spectra, etc.
Color preferences are deeply rooted emotional responses that seem to lack any rational basis, yet the powerful influence of color rules our choices in everything from the food we eat and the clothes we wear to the cars we buy. Our individual preference for a particular color will be produced and reinforced by the positive feedback associated with the object and the color it has.
We all are naturally drawn to some colors more than others. We all have our preferences. It is also cultural, for example, that Japanese color preferences were different from American preferences, suggesting a cultural influence on color preference.
Everything is made up of electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light and color. We are drawn to the colors needed to create balance in our lives, the goal in all healing. Our consciousness and emotions align with the colors we wear, home design, and often our diet. Color Energy corresponds to aspecific body parts or Charka of the body, which effects us on emotional and subtle levels as well.
